Intermittent running problem and codes p0011, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20

Engine had no compression, replaced engine, the car starts and runs fine half of the time. The other half it stalls or misfires. If you start it and it’s running good no hiccups, no stalls drives fine until you shut it off on restart it won’t start or will stall. If you try a couple times to start it, it’ll start almost immediately and run great again without changing anything. Sometimes it starts twice in succession great. Codes are p0011, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20
Any ideas where to start for this?

Just to clarify, when you replaced the engine, were there any parts transferred to the new engine? Was this a new engine or a used engine?

The P0011 and 14 are cam sensor performance codes and the others are Crankshaft position sensor correlation codes.

So basically the engine is either out of time or you have a wiring issue causing the ECM to not see the engine in time.

Let's start with getting the history on the engine replacement. Especially what parts were transferred and we can go from there. Thanks

Crank sensor was transferred and then replaced to make sure it wasn’t bad because initially wouldn’t start because replacement engine had a bad crank sensor, knock sensors didn’t plug in, coil packs and plugs, wire harness.
Also want to mention when I did replace the crank sensor with the old engines crank sensor first shot it started and I drove it half an hour and no hiccup or engine lights. That’s why I replaced it with a new one and it’s doing the same thing. 5v ref seems to be okay.

Okay, so wound up being a VVT actuator that was intermittently losing contact internally.
