Push brake pedal all good, push next pedal goes to floor no, brakes pump pedal comes back all good, firm pedal no fade, next time push pedal goes almost to floor then brakes problem intermittent 50/50.

I suspect the issue is the hydro booster. I have seen this in the past and they more then likely have a leak allowing the pedal to drop at times. It could be the master but I suspect the booster is more likely to be the issue.
