Blower motor works fine on all speeds 95% of the time. Sometimes when vehicle is started, the blower will not come on until I turn the HVAC off and back on or start messing with the controls. It is auto climate control with dual zone. The only time it does this is when it is first started. It only does this intermittently. The fan is showing on when this happens.

Hello, I am Danny.

Have you checked the connection at the blower motor itself? That is where the blower motor resistor is connected as well. Check for the wiring harness there to be burnt/melted and that will give you the first idea because it is common. I have attached a picture of what it looks like. It is located on the HVAC under the dash on the right side. Hope this this helps and feel free to ask any other questions if needed. Thanks for using 2CarPros.
