Intermittent A/C electrical issue

A/C works as designed until I turn on headlights and/or dash light adjuster, then blows hot air.

1. AC works well when headlight switch off and dash light off on all settings and fan speeds.

2. AC work intermittently when headlight switch on and dash light adjuster off on all ac settings and speeds.
.
3. No AC when headlights on and dash light adjuster adjusted to illuminate radio lights.

Brand new battery installed.
