Interior speakers not working?

The driver's side dash and driver's side front door speakers stopped working in my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. I tried replacing both speakers with working speakers but there is still no sound. The driver's side rear speaker still works fine but the dash and front door are not. Also, all the speaker on the passenger side are working fine as well.

Okay, it sounds like you lost one channel in the radio itself, or the radio amplifier is going out, these are two different units, the amp is on the right end of dash. I would do a CAN scan to see what codes are stored, this might tell us which one is not working. Please use this video to see how:

Here are the locations of the amp. If no codes are present you will need to send the units in for testing or connect a small speaker to the left side output from the radio, it should make a little noise at volume. The wires you need to connect are the drk grn/org and drk grn/drk blu. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos.
