When the interior lights are override to on, all lights work, and I can click the optional light for each passengers lights and turn that light off. But I can't click the light to said light on individually the way it's supposed to work correctly.

Welcome to 2CarPros.

After looking through wiring schematics, I found there are two fuses that could be involved. Once is the courtesy light fuse and the other for reading lights. I need you to check both of these. I attached a picture of fuse location. Here are a few links that you may find helpful when dealing with fuses, checking and replacing. Note that the fuse box you are looking for is below the left rear seat.

Let me know what you find and if this was the problem.

Take care,
