Interior lights issue?

My interior lights will only come on when either of the doors open. But if we try to turn the light individually it will not turn on. Also, when either door is opened and we click on any light, the light immediately turns off.

This happens when the SJB (smart junction box) goes out, but to be sure we should do a CAN scan which is easy. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) from Amazon from about $32.00.
