No interior lights come on when I open the door. Is there a switch I have not noticed? Reading lights will not come on either using their switches? All bulbs out at once? I saw the fuse for the dome light ef19. I will try replacing that.

There should be a switch that controls the lights on the dome lamp, it will turn them on, off or door controlled.
If that isn't the issue and the lights do not come on when you open either door with that switch in door position. Check fuse numbers 19 and 20. Those power the lights and the controller. The map lights are powered directly through fuse 19 so it is the most likely culprit. Or the wire from it that feeds the interior lighting circuit.
