Interior lights

Can someone tell me if the interior lights should come on simply by raising the door handle without actually opening it? Both when the doors are locked and one raises the handle or when unlocked and one raises the handle, again without actually opening?

I know some cars turn the interior lights on this way and some do not.

Appreciate any incite!

Hello,

From what I am reading in the factory description of the entry illumination lamps description of your vehicle which I have included in the diagrams below, the answer is no. It looks like the lamps will illuminate when the door opens. But like I said, I've included it in the diagrams down below, so you can read it for yourself. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

Thanks,
Alex
