lights turn on and off when I turn my headlights on

My interior dome light and door lights turn on and off when I turn my headlights on and off. They work normal opening and closing doors.

This sounds like the headlight switch is bad. here is instructions on how to change it out. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
