Have you checked the fuses yet? When more than one component stops working at the same time, that tells you it's most likely the fuse controlling that circuit. Your fuse box is located under the hood. Check fuse 16 and 51.
There's usually a plastic tweezers tool clipped somewhere inside the fuse box. Use that to remove the fuses. If it's missing, you can use metal needle nose pliers but be careful not to damage the fuse.
You should easily be able to see if the silver trace inside the fuse is intact or blown. If blown, make sure you replace the fuse with the exact rating. Not doing so is a fire hazard.
