Radio went out, then the mirror controls, cigarette lighter, the horn, the dome light, the mood lights, and the electrical outlet for the back.

This is an older couples vehicle, they have no manual or schematics.

Looking for idea on where to start and schematics to help track down the common issue (fuse, relay etc) and its location as this is a high top Vandura conversion van and may have a third fuse box.

Any help in regards to where to first start and schematic would be greatly appreciated.

One of the fun things about conversion vans is trying to figure out what the builders added and where. Most use the main fuse box as a power point for main and switched power and add a box of their own to power the add on items. On the ones I have seen (and the 1995 I owned) it is behind a trim panel behind the drivers seat area.

The dome lights and horn use the same fuse in the main fuse box under the dash. They are fed through the same feed as the tail lights and the ECM so I do not think it is the feed, probably a bad fuse.

The front radio and lighter are usually in the oem fuse box as well. Radio and wiper fuses are fed from a common bar so if the wipers work the issue is somewhere after the fuse.
The builders like to add on alarms, remote start and more so the wiring is commonly a mess to deal with.
