Interior dome lights not working

The interior dome lights in my car will not turn on, no matter if the "on" button is pressed or if the doors are opened. We have checked all of the fuses (both fuse boxes) with a voltage tester and found no bad fuses.

have a mechanic scan for codes it may be a body module problem. there is a tsb on this however a dealer may fix for free it is NTB16-021. all the door switches need to be removed then installed, but there may be another problem so best they do it.
