Driver's seat removal and recover?

Driver's seat removal and recover. Also, replacing drivers' side front carpet, do I need to remove the center console, and if so, what is the procedure?

Hello Joe,

We handle one problem per thread so please start a new question for the carpet problem. The seat must first be removed before it can be disassembled which I have included below. Also unplug the electrical connector as well. Here is how to disassemble the seat to remove the seat covers for replacement or reupholstery. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

The carpet was easy, I didn’t have to remove the console. I was able to remove the driver's seat and recover with OEM seat leather seat covers. thanks for your info
