My driver side front and back floor is soaked with water. Also, after not driving my car for three days I notice at night the all the windows on my car fog up to where I cannot see inside. No other car on my street seems to fog up.

Check your coolant. Is the passengers side floor wet too? The fogging up on the window is from moisture inside the car. Check under the dash to see if you can see anywhere water would come in. Need to get the moisture out of the car so windows do not fog up.

My coolant level is fine, the whole passenger side is dry. I checked under my dash and cannot see a place where it could be coming from.

No windows were replaced, someone told me to have my AC drain checked. Is this correct?

Not if the passengers side is dry, it sounds like a windshield is leaking.
