is this engine an interference engine? i checked your questions and saw one answer that said it was interference and one that said it wasn't.

Are you asking about a 2004 or a 2008? If it is for the 2008, yes, it is an interference engine.

It is a 2008. One more question; I've been told there is no OEM replacement interval for the timing chain and/or gears, is that correct?
