Interchanging engines

Trying to figure out if i can use a 3. 0l engine out of a 1999 dodge carvan. To put in my 2002 3. 3l engine in 2002 dodge caravan.

Nope. 3.0L is a Mitsubishi engine that uses a distributor. 3.3L is a Chrysler engine that uses a coil pack. The 3.3L was very popular and real tough. You wont have any trouble finding a good used one in a salvage yard. They will have way more in stock than they can sell.
