Hi,
I believe you are referring to intake manifold tuning valve. It's in the rear of the intake. Here are the directions for removal and replacement. The attached pics correlate with the directions.

PROCEDURES
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Remove the cowl vent screen.

3. Remove the bolts and the cross-vehicle support.

4. Remove the wiring harness bracket.

5. Remove the Intake Manifold Tuning (IMT) valve.
1 Disconnect the electrical connector.
2 Remove the two bolts.
3 Remove the IMT valve.
INSTALLATION

1. Install the (IMT) valve.
1 Coat the IMT valve with clean engine oil and install into the intake manifold.
2 Install the two bolts.
3 Connect the electrical connector.
CAUTION: The IMT valve must be fully seated in the intake manifold prior to installing the bolts, or damage to the IMT valve may occur.

2. Install the wiring harness bracket.

3. Position the cross-vehicle support and install the bolts.
4. Install the cowl vent screen.
5. Connect the battery ground cable.
