Intake manifold control runner

I bought the white Dorman washers and put them on the rods/pins but I realized my car was completely missing the lever that you put the rod/pin into. My question is what exactly is that lever called that opens up the valves? I'm having trouble finding it to buy a replacement. I added an image of the part I'm talking about.

Good evening,

I attached some pictures for you to view of the system.

Do you mean the rod or the lever. I see the lever and the rod in the picture.

The lever is part of the lower intake manifold if that is the issue.

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Drain the cooling system.
3. Remove the upper intake manifold.
4. Remove the fuel injector supply manifold.
5. Remove the coolant bypass tube.

6. Remove the bolt and heater water inlet tube at the back of the lower intake.

7. Remove the two stud bolts and one bolt. Position the actuator aside.

8. Disconnect the linkage and remove the actuator.
