I just replaced intake manifold gaskets but over tightened two bolt and they snapped off.i drove around like that for a few days now but vehicle runs rough so I'm pretty sure I need to replace the two broken bolts.my question is, if I disassemble intake again, will I need a new gasket even though I just replaced it or will it be reusable?

Hi Anthony,

Yes. Most likely the gasket has failed which is why it is now running rough. Since you are taking it apart again, I would not attempt to reuse the gasket. I attached the procedure from the manufacturer and they instruct you to discard the gasket as well so it is intended as a one time use gasket.
