Intake and exhaust manifold

Hi sir, I have found picture of engine in which intake and exhaust manifold are mounted at the same side of the engine. I want to know that are these both intake and exhaust manifold are assembled in one unit as an one assembly or they both are separate in assembly? I have attached a picture in which it looks like that both are same in one assembly unit. well waiting for your humble assistance. thanks indeed very much.
