Intake air system leak

Code p2279 and check engine light is on. what is the average cost for repair?

There can be a number of causes for this problem,so to be able to give you some idea we need to know where the air leak is, the problem will be on the induction side, you can try spraying a little brake clean around the gaskets and induction pipes, if the revs alter you will have a leak, if you can pin point the problem a little closes, we can give you a better idea on what is involved in the repairs.
