Instrumental cluster/dash lights not working

I am not too sure what to do at this point. I tried changing the bulbs but I guess i got the wrong ones because it is still not working. If possible, anyone know if LED lights will work instead? and can someone tell me what the actual lights are called?

Hello,

Those are called cluster illumination lights. Lets check instrument panel fuse # 30 for power. here is a guide and the fuse location as well:
