Instrument panel went dark

Instrument panel went black. The check engine light illuminated on startup and then shuts off. (Normal) but nothing else is illuminated. No oil pressure, speedometer, fuel gauge. I pulled and test the fuses, they all seem good. Any ideas?

I need to confirm that the two fuses in picture 1 were checked. Also, did you check the fuses for continuity and the circuit for power?

Often times, a fuse can look good and not work.
