Instrument panel not working

After a very hard freeze my SUV will start but the instrument panel is not working at all.

Hi,

If everything stopped at once, it sounds like an electrical issue. Looking through the wiring schematics, there are three fuses I need you to check. In addition to just checking the fuse, confirm there is power to it.

If you look at pic 1, it shows the fuses that power the instrument panel. Pic 2 shows the locations of the fuses.
