Instrument cluster not working

Complete instrument cluster not working, all my dash lights come on but no gauges respond, fuel does not work, nor does speedometer, tachometer, engine temperature gauge.

There is a "room" and "meter fuse that need to be checked. Here is a guide to help you and the fuse location along with the instrument cluster wiring diagrams:

Yes, I have checked all of my fuses and they are all just fine. I am not sure what else to check, I have looked at all my plugs and wires. I put gas in it so now the gas gauge works and the LED's, nothing else though.

If the cluster has power and ground it sounds like the cluster has gone bad. Here is a video of the job being done on a different car but the procedure is the similar:

You will need to have it rebuilt or you can try a used one. I would try removing the electrical connector and checking it for corrosion and then reconnect it which can help a bad connection issue.
