The LCD in the center of cluster panel has gone blank, still lights up orange but shows no data.
Is this an easy fix?
Can I buy a used cluster panel and swap with original? What will happen to the car mileage, will it show mine or the replaced part?

Hello, I'm Danny.
You pretty much answered your own question. You can have your original cluster attempted to be repaired. If it is not repairable and a replacement is needed. The swapped replacement cluster will show whatever mileage from that particular vehicle and will be needed to be calibrated to your particular vehicle. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

Was hoping it would be an easier fix. I will go ahead and buy an instrument cluster showing 85,000, mine is currently around 83,000 so not much difference. Thank you for the reply.

Hello again.
If you really want to get even. Get a fitbit drive around for 2,000 miles and you'll be even! Install cluster then. Hahaha. Sorry, that's my weird sense of humor. Otherwise you'll spend money fixing your old/burnt cluster and or re-calibrate used/working unit. Hope this helps and thanks again for using 2CarPros.
