Instrument cluster Clock Resetting?

When I bought my car, it used the car it had a parasitic draw and used to drain my battery overnight. I took it to a mechanic, and he couldn't find the parasitic draw. So, instead he tried decreasing the draw by doing something to instrument cluster and car lock before he made those changes the instrument cluster used to show the time and remember the time now everything when I restart car it starts from 1:00 and also when I use to unlock the driver door using the key all doors used to unlock now only the driver door unlocks so what changes did he make.

It sounds like he pulled out one or more of the fuses, I would start by checking there, also the battery drain could be the A/C compressor clutch relay sticking on. Here are the fuse locations so you can check it out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes.
