Gauge cluster randomly resets gauges while driving?

Gauge cluster randomly resets gauges while driving, they top out and then go back to original reading. Warning lights for theft deterrent system, traction control will also randomly light up then go out. 6inch display for radio will flicker in brightness as well. The truck drives normally, just trying to figure out the electrical issues with truck. Local shop says BCM and ECM throwing codes, but they don't have expertise to diagnose and recommend dealer. I've cleaned up the grounds on driver and passenger side dash, the ground on passenger front fender well. Battery and Alternator check out good, leaning toward replacing BCM before I bite the bullet on having dealer diagnose.

This sounds like the cluster is going out, but I think a CAN scan will help. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

Here is how to change the cluster out which you can get a rebuilt, preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
