Instrument Cluster erratic tachometer and now speedometer is not working?

98 Stratus analog instrument cluster started out with erratic tachometer and now speedometer is not working at all.

This can be the instrument cluster going out, or the ignition system is having issues which will affect the tach, also you may have a VSS going out which will make the speedometer not to work, we need to run the codes first to see which way to go for the repairs. please go over this video.

I am not seeing any trouble codes.My code reader is an Innova 3100J and may not show all codes.

Okay, chances are the cluster has gone out, I would see you if can get a used unit from Ebay and install it.
