How to remove and reinstall the camshafts?

I would like instructions on how to remove the cam shafts, rocker assembly, and cam towers.

Any diagrams and torque specs would also be helpful. Thanks

Sure, here you go, you will need to remove the timing chain first and here is the how to remove the camshafts, actuators and rocker arm assembly as requested. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
