I have the actuator out. my question is, do I need to line the gears up when I install the new part? And if I do need to how is it done? Okay, I have the actuator in and it s working. I compared the 2 gears and saw where they matched up, but I m still not getting hot air out of the passenger side air vents! What else could it be? I did check with the dealership and they told me there was only one actuator in a 2010 Toyota Venza. I get lots of air out the vents just not hot. thank you, Nancy B
