Installation of body control module

I bought a new body control module made by AC DELCO I need to know I can install it and how to program it to learn or work right. Without taking it to the dealership for on the vehicle flalshing

Unfortunately, we need to download to the BCM how the vehicle is equipped for it to operate correctly. Otherwise, the BCM will not know how the vehicle is equipped and it will not run any of the functions.
