I want to help so you have the parts need the parts?Need instructions?The belt change is easy remove the air box put a floor jack under the oil pan remove the upper mount jack the motor up a little you use a 3/8" breaker bar to move the tenisor to remove the belt.

I have never seen a L model saturn without ac also dont see a listing for a belt without ac.I also dont see a ac bypass pulley listed for it.
