Install cylinder heads and rocker arms?

Putting rebuilt heads on a rebuilt engine, my question is: How do I set rockers in and do preload. Also, are the rockers the same for intake and exhaust and how to tell difference?

The rocker arms are the same for intake and exhaust, there is no preload as well, tighten to spec and go, just make sure the push rods are down before tightening. Here is a video showing the job done and the torque spec as well and the instructions on how to tighten the rockers down in the images below.
