Inside pads on all four tires wore out completely

I have a 2006 Silverado 2500 HD and the inside pads on all four tires wore out completely and the outside pads appear to be new. Do you know what caused this? I have ended up replacing the rotors because the replacement tabs are on the outside pads.

When the pads do not wear evenly it is because the caliper is sticking due to sticking caliper pins. Here are some guides that will help with this:

If when the caliper pins are cleaned and lubricated the pads still are wearing unevenly, then you will need to replace the calipers as the piston is not returning after being extended. Here is a guide that will help with this:
