Inoperative power door locks

My power door locks are not working, with either the switch in the vehicle or with the remote. You can use the key to lock either the driver side or passenger side. When locked with the key it does arm the security system, headlights flash so if you open any of the other unlocked doors the alarm will go off. This problem just happened immediately. Never had any problem with the power locks before. I would appreciate any help or advise you can give me. Thanks, Steve

check fuses in picture if all are good and power is there then a mechanic has to scan for codes as it can be the body module or a wiring issue. also check your batteries in remote and see if remote works auto parts can test for that.
