I am about ready to replace my inner tie rod and was trying to find out how much to torque my inner tie rod to.
I looked in the repair manual but there is nothing about what to torque the inner tie rod to.
i was wondering if you could get me the torque specs for this.

This should help. Be sure to install the other pieces in the correct order, rubber washer A, steel lock washer B and then the tie rod. Torque it and then fold the lock washer over the end so it cannot come loose.
