I have been having a problem with the inner tie rod end of the driver side of the vehicle. It has been giving out immediately and I have tried to replace it three different times with different brand parts. Starts off with a little play and then gradually becomes more and more at the ball bearing's part that connects to the rack. What can keep causing these parts to immediately keep giving out? Am I installing it wrong or what causes this? It's not the steering pinion. It's the inner tie rod ball that keeps getting play allowing the wheel to wobble. I have been using the clamps to remove and install the tie rod end.

Can you upload an image of what the problem is? Tie rods usually do not go out that fast. Does it have a Zirk fitting? Here is how the outer tie rod end is replaced correctly. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

It is the inner tie rod that keeps giving out. This is the part that keeps giving out. It has in and out play. At first I thought it was just the part but I have tried 3 different ones and they all get that play in there which gives the tire the wobble.

How is the tire wear? It could be the alignment is way out and added stress to this part.
