it is not getting power to the injectors. will the fuse or relay be blown ? and if so where are their locations?

What are you trying to do, or what symptom are you trying to solve? If this is a crank/no-start, have you checked for spark?

If you are on the red wires at one of the injectors, check for twelve volts the instant you turn on the ignition switch, then again during engine cranking. If you never see twelve volts there, check fuse 102, a 30-amp in the fuse box under the hood, and the PCM relay. Check for twelve volts on that fuse's test terminals too. It should be there all the time.
