Hello -
It could be several things.......A bad ball joint, tie rod or a bent wheel if you have hit a curb or a loose bearing.
My suggestion is to be safe. Take it at once to a couple of front end shops. Most of the time for free they can check it out and give you an estimate. That way you can compare.
If it is a bad tie rod or ball joint getting loose you don't want it to come apart and then you will lose control of the car.
If all checks out perfect on the front... Then move that tire to the rear and see if your problem goes away.
My thought with the miles you have on the vehicle it is probably a worn front end part... If so replace both sides.......
