windshield wipers noisy, replaced w/ new blades. Did not solve problem. Loud squeeling coming from where arm attaches to vehicle. Took off nut and lubed, still no change, still noisy. Appears to be coming from drivers wiper side only. Motor seems plenty strong, just noisy. Is there a way to fix? Tubber grommet or washer? Grease? Or new motor? Thank u Dennis

Remove motor and grab wiper transmission arm with pliers, rotate, it should move freely, if not then wiper transmission may need to be replaced or removed and inspected. If it moves freely, then motor may need replaced.
