fuse broke

I have an infinity J30 and I was trying to change the fuse out but it broke when I tried to pulled it out. I am able to pull the metal sprugs but they will not come out. How can I get the metal pieces out so that I can replace the fuse.

IT may be melted into the fuseholder. pull and wriggle it at the same time you may have to take off the fuse box and rewire it to a new spot and put in a new fuse.
