97 Infiniti QX4 - brake problem

My 97 Infiniti QX4 has a soft brake pedal. I have replaced the front pads and rear shoes. I have bleed the lines 20 times. I have adjusted the rear brakes. Please tell me what it could be Thanks.

Try this, pull up on you parking brake, is ther any improvement? If yes rear brake adjustment is wrong.
Also did you change the wheel cylinders? If not go ahead and do that now, Non servo brakes like the ones on the rear of your Inf. almost always start to leak after a brake job!
