1997 Infiniti J30 when it gets hot and you try to start it

when it gets hot and you try to start it it clicks and clicks like the solinoid is bad but if you let it cool down it starts right up someone got the hood up the other day but the alarm scared them off could that have caused it to act up battery has plenty of juice and most of the lights on the dashboard are lite up thanks

If it is just clicking, that points to the battery. If it is only one click, it points to starter.

It only takes about 5 amp turn on all your accessories, but it takes upward of 300 amps to start the motor. Get your battery load-tested and any auto parts store.
