1993 Infiniti J30 Gear shift stuck in park will not budge

I have an Inifiniti J30 (1993) and this morning when starting the car, the gear shift would not come out of park. Like it is frozen solid there.\r\nEngine runs, starts fine, plenty of transmission fluid in it.
How do I solve this problem????

Might want to get the shift interlock control system checked out-could be the shift control solenoid.
