2003 Infiniti I35 Pinging

2003 Infiniti I35 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 84K miles

I'm getting slight pinging mostly when the temperature is cool. I've tried fuel additives and I am using premium gas. Any remedies I can perform myself?

Might want to clean out the EGR valve if it has one-stuck closed EGR valve will make the engine detonate/ping

My Infiniti doesnt have an EGR valve. I also cleaned out the intake and it's still slightly pinging.
