2002 Infiniti I35 air conditioner stopped

My car a/c unit stopped. The fans do not work and no matter what temp i set the temp gage at (hot or cold) the fans do not work. I feel a small amount of cold air flowing through the vents.

I checked all the fuses and found nothing.

Please provide you guess on scope of failure and estimated cost to fix.
