Blower, fuses, and fan adjustment level is good. I only get .2 to .3 volts at the blower connector. under the dash.

Test the blower motor resistor this is where it will drop the voltage before it gets to the blower motor-

Check it -disregard the blower motor resistor don't have one -check and test the fan controller amplifier behind right side of dash on blower and cooling unit-

do you have a picture of this amp. Because I did take apart the glove compartment and pulled the blower out. would this amp be inside the blower hole.
