WHEN I START THE ENGINE IN THE MORNING, I HEAR THE BEEP SOUND UNTIL ENGINE GOT WARM UP, ALSO WHEN I PRESS ACCELATOR, RMP MOVE UP AND DOWN BY IT SELF BETWEEN 1700 & 1700.
